Hello everyone - my name is Rom. I've been working on stringed instruments since 1988. Since studying luthiery at Leeds College of Music I've spent the last 35 years repairing, teching, rebuilding, producing and modifying instruments. Now based in the heart of Exeter at King Street business centre, I'm a Taylor Gold Authorized Repair Centre and Gibson Authorized Repair Centre. Having honed my skills at John Hornsby Skewes in the early days, I went on to work closely with Hugh Manson and Manson's Guitar Shop both in the construction of his individual works and as part of the Manson's Guitar Works in Ashburton.
